This CD is produced as part of a Natural England Regional Farm Advice Programme to help farmers and agribusinesses in Eastern England make practical and cost-effective improvements to their irrigation and water resource management practices.  It contains material developed for a series of irrigation efficiency workshops organised by Cranfield University in association with the National Farmers Union and RTCS Ltd, and supported by the East of England Development Agency, the Environment Agency, and the UK Irrigation Association. The workshops, which were organised between 2005 and 2007, were initially funded by Defra-RDS and latterly by Natural England.
